At Red Sea, we align our work in International Development with the United Nations Sustainable Development goals, finding and empowering leaders to reduce poverty and hunger, promoting good health and wellbeing, improving global education for all, eliminating inequality, harnessing affordable and clean energy, promoting economic growth, sustainable community, promoting peace and justice and work to care for our planet.
We do this through working with partners across the United Nations and inter-governmental organisations, private sector, corporate, individual, and institutional philanthropy, foundations and trusts, and the INGO and civil society sector. We have experience recruiting development leadership across the Global South and leadership in the Global North, at C-Suite, Regional and Country/ grassroots level. We have worked across East, West and Southern Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America in development and humanitarian aid, education, sanitation, health, economic empowerment, sustainability, and gender equality.
