Tim Wingrove is the founder and Managing Director of Red Sea Executive Search. He has been working in INGO search at Executive level for the last 10 years and has recruited across Africa, Asia, Europe and the America’s. A Growing Presence
The Red Sea Consultancy was launched officially as a search firm in 2018 under the trading name Red Sea Executive Search, and since then has grown significantly. We now have search consultants and researchers based in the UK and Europe, (London and Barcelona), Africa (Nairobi and Harare), MENA (Istanbul), North America (West Coast), and a Business Services team based in the UK (Oxford) and South Africa (Johannesburg).
