Working Internationally
Red Sea’s original mandate was to launch as a Global South search specialist, and we have filled leadership roles in Latin America, Africa, and Asia, as well as Europe and North America.
We recruited our staff, consultants, and researchers to reflect our global diversity and values. We have consultants in Nairobi, Istanbul, Mumbai, Washington DC, London, and Barcelona, with operations in South Africa and the UK, and will continue to build and diversify internationally. With combined company and consultant networks in the United Nations and Institutions, Private Sector Philanthropy and Civil Society, we bring over 200 years of combined experience to our markets connected with the changing face of Global Development.
